Hotel was under renovation and we were not aware. We were not informed when booking. Laundry facilities were closed. We had to request a new room. We booked a sweet and our original room had no tv in the sitting room and non working lights. We have stayed here in the past as this was top notch. Was disappointed in the night hotel staff.

I found the hotel personnel very accommodating in changing reservations, granting a late departure. I appreciate the hotels assistance to patients of local medical facilities. The hotel is in a close location to those facilities. Medical scheduling is difficult, the location is three hours drive from home, so when the hotel makes this process easier it is really appreciated. I like the renovations and new fixtures to the facility.
