Bad pricing policies lead to overcharging

At the moment it appears I was charged for 2 nights when I only stayed one night because the clerk said I had a special 2 day rate instead of charging me the one day rate. I have emailed the hotel to rectify this but may have to refuse to pay the charge to settle this. If this is how Choice treats people then I will certainly make other choices in the future.

Excellent accommodations - only thing We didn't like was checking in by video. Didn't like not working with human at front desk but did work out since someone helped me check in htat was there before me.... Wanted a shout out to Lynnda who keep the food warm and full and was very friendly.... She's a keeper.....Beds very comfortable and rooms very nice.
