Scary place

Clean place to stay. Rooms are tiny and cramped. The staff is not very friendly and seem like they don’t enjoy their jobs. Dropped off the housekeeping form at the office to get some towels and TP and my request was never fulfilled. I had to go down later that evening to get TP. Housekeeping stopped by about an hour before checking out on the last day. No point in that at all. Couldn’t store our bags upon arrival, but could after checking out. The light went out in the bathroom after flickering for 2 days. Had to go down to the desk to ask them to change it. They said they’d have “maintenance up sometime that day” to change it. It was 9am and 4 people had to shower for the day. I asked if someone could come asap? They called over the radio and the girl seemed annoyed talking to maintenance. Maintenance came up and changed the bulb and was very quick and nice. Seems like that stuff should be taken care of before guests arrive.

The hotel and room beat our expectations.
