For the area — which was a factor for me — this Clarion Inn is pretty much the best thing going. Staff are the best part of the accommodations; all were very nice and responsive. And I appreciated the security. Having said that, the amenities and facility are bare minimum of what's expected, nothing more. Room, however, is generic to a fault. If ChatGTP, etc. were asked to design a basic business level motel, this would be it. At least have better quality coffee in those pods. Breakfast is a real weak spot; the ready-made "scrambled eggs" were offputting. The coffee was decent and a glass a juice was appreciated. Across my five night stay, I did free breakfast once and then went elsewhere the rest of the time and kept good yogurt in the room fridge (there are three excellent diners 5 min. drive nearby). Overall this place is a decent value but everything is seems to just meet the letter of expectation without any extra effort.

The service is always great, very clean

The room was clean and comfortable, however at check in the gentleman that assisted me treated me as if I was not who I said I was and I ended up paying again for the reservation even after I showed the printout confirming I had already paid. I was very disappointed in being treated like a criminal.
