Poor staff

Rude front desk lady at check in. The room wasn’t available at check in time. We should have checked in at 3 but room wasn’t cleaned until 4:15. The front desk lady basically said that it’s not her problem. We traveled 14 hrs that day and needed our room.

Perfect location

The room was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. I was able to walk around the harbor and try some really good restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again.

wedding day

there was a garbage bin under the stairs, which was very smelly. Every time we came into our room. It had a very bad smell. The air conditioner was kinda loud. I had to use earplugs so I could sleep.
