My friend’s car got broken into in the parking lot and the cameras on the property were so “fuzzy” that the police couldn’t do anything about it. Breakfast that was included did not look appetizing at all and the fridge that was there was not even able to make the water bottles cold, let alone the yogurt that was in there. The fridge in the room was on its last leg. The room itself was very dusty and seemed like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a very long time. Despite keeping the air on, the room remained warm and musty. The halls smelled of rotten broccoli and the hotel was not a safe and enclosed property. From the parking lot to the rooms, anybody could just walk in. One of the rooms on our floor had a door that was visibly kicked in, whether from a guest or the police. Overall, staying in this hotel was much less than ideal and less comfortable than portrayed on the website. This property could use a deep cleaning, renovations, and safety updates.

No one was at the front desk to check us in when we arrived. We had a late arrival and just needed to get to bed. It took about 15 minutes for someone to arrive. The property has low-functioning A/C units, bugs, and what seemed to be mold in one of the bathrooms. The property also had multiple loiterers just standing in their parking lot around 11:00 PM - midnight, which made the hotel feel unsafe and sketchy.

Supposed to be non-smoking, but third floor and elevator reeked of Pot. Talked to the manager and nothing happened, still reeked of Pot the next morning. I am allergic to smoke and this was upsetting to me.
