No one was at the front desk to check us in when we arrived. We had a late arrival and just needed to get to bed. It took about 15 minutes for someone to arrive. The property has low-functioning A/C units, bugs, and what seemed to be mold in one of the bathrooms. The property also had multiple loiterers just standing in their parking lot around 11:00 PM - midnight, which made the hotel feel unsafe and sketchy.

Supposed to be non-smoking, but third floor and elevator reeked of Pot. Talked to the manager and nothing happened, still reeked of Pot the next morning. I am allergic to smoke and this was upsetting to me.

I paid a lot for couple nights asked for a discount because my door was unlocked while time I was there television did not work whole day .i had me kid with no shoes and floor in elevator was soaked with some liquid. They don’t even own a pool . And I spent on 2 nights there I like the place just a couple things they did not listen to me about when I pay them to stay with comfort
