Everhome Suites Ontario

For being a first time stay i was pleasantly surprised for ehat was offered in comparison to other local hotels I the area for the price and did all the right things with everything we needed.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I made the reservation for 2 queen bed room on Choice Hotels website, but was given a single king room at check-in at the hotel. We immediately went to the front desk when we saw the room, but were told there was no 2 queen-bed room available. I have to give credit to the person at the front desk who tried his best to help us. But how is it possible to screw up the reservation when it was booked on their own website? I emailed the hotel my reservation confirmation which clearly showed I booked a 2 queen-bed room and still waiting for their response. Imagine how awkward it is to have one bed for a mother and a teenage boy. I had to curl up in the sofa(not sofa bed) all night because my son had something really important the next morning.

The staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are the ones who make this hotel a comfortable and enjoyable place to be. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff all the way to administration, the do their best to make sure the customers are happy.. The Rooms have a great design and functionality. The surrounding area has a lot to offer You will want to comeback to the hotel again and again. After giving the staff a 10, I have to give the actual appearance and the surrounding area ndd how it rates as far as meeting the customers needs customers needs and 9.9. Hotel us new and design and decor is pleasing to the eye. Laundry room is awesome and reasonably priced. Room design....i favor the single king suite because it doesn't have the adjoining door like the 2 queen beds. However, if you like to take a relaxing bath, that you only get in the 2 queen bed room. Other the those differences the rooms are the same. The lobby is also wonderfully designed from the seating, lighting' and decor you can grab a book and lay back in the couch or a chair or some work from the office and sit at the table and get focused and get some work done. Oh and pets yes they allow them but there is a deposit and a daily fee. It's easy to get restaurants on foot. You have around 8 dine-in restaurants and fast food in the surrounding area under 1/2 mile from the hotel.Directly, by the hotel Denny's, In n Out, Chickafila, KFC, Bombay's Indian food, Wendys, Yoshinoa, Subway and a Starbucks a lil further down the way.. This is a compilation of all that Everhome Suites and the surrounding area has to offer and why I highly recommend this hotel if you decide or have business in the Ontario area it's alin a great Location by the airport. And has many wonderful things it offers. Thank you for doing such a great job to make the stays great . Nicole P
