Like the enclosed parking garage

From my entry to the hotel, the front desk was extremely discourteous , without any recognition for being a Choice Privileges "gold status" cardmember. Henceforth , there was not complimentary waters available. I was also charged for parking when the website stated "parking available" with no up front disclaimer for the parking fees. Elevator was out of service from 12pm-3pm per notice posted, however I was checking in after 4pm and upon approaching the elevator area, I was told in an very unfriendly manner that the elevator was out for at least another hour, resulting in stair use. Upon entry to the 3rd floor , quite apparent they weren't prepared for the Saturday night bookings as there was dirty linens and garbage bags strewn all over the hallway with obnoxious odors as well. Upon check I was once again treated extremely poorly as though the gentlemen behind the window disliked his position of employment very much ! I filed a claim with Corporate pertaining to these issues !

Large room, comfortable bed, sufficient breakfast.
