Room 323 double booked
Room 323 was double booked and we could not get into our room at 12:30 am. Person working at the time had to open our room after two set of card keys did not work. Supposedly a glitch on your system but it happens often.

Comfortable stay
It was pleasant. The beds were comfortable the first night the shower only gave cold water but other than that I would stay again for the reason of it being close to Universal
