Great job Pamela!

The night we stayed here the water went out on the entire building. Some people were a little miffed. But what can a hotel front desk clerk/manager do about that when it is obviously beyond their ability to fix it themselves on the spot. The front desk was handled by Pamela who remained calm and professional even when patrons were not always civil. The true test of an employee is when stressful situation occurs, they handle it as best they can. We saw Pamela deal with a lot stress and we appreciated her professionalism and dedication. Great Job Pamela!
