Lady who is infront desk so mean and rude. It does mean your the other or manager you can retaliate and say whatever you want and it does mean your the manager or owner you can say whatever were homeless people.we are paying customer, we don't ask for money to her for our room.thats all that's why I don't recommend this motel.

Dirty room , not the room we were told that we booked with Choice Hotels Representative. Television didn’t work . Unwelcoming staff, lobby was dirty and not appealing. We didn’t stay . We instead booked a different hotel. Customer service at hotel and customer service call center were not helpful . Very disgusted with entire Choice Hotel team
