Budget-friendly room. The microwave, the lights, and the toilet didn’t work in our room.
The person that came in to fix the toilet said it was fine and gave us unhelpful advice and the toilet wasn’t working after that. Most of the other staff were nice. We appreciated that the fridge in the room and the ice machine worked.

Fresno visit
The staff are friendly and efficient. The room is comfortable with all the amenities you need and affordable. I would have rated it higher but I only visit Fresno to see my daughter and her family and don’t know anyone else who might go there. Anyway, this is one of my favourite hotels especially since it’s one of the few that still has a smoking room which are few and far between.
