Very pleased with my stay so far. Pleasant lobby, breakfast is great to have, customer service from front desk staff and management very helpful and professional. I'll be happy to return. Rooms very comfortable and clean..

Areas of the room such as the bathroom and door threshold were not visibly clean (had dust and brown dirt/possibly feces). Also, on the 2nd night of our stay, the smoke alarm kept making a high pitched sound every few minutes or so because the batteries had to be replaced. We told the front desk and they sent someone to just remove the entire smoke alarm and the batteries weren't replaced until the next day. That seems like a safety violation and I felt unsafe not having a functioning smoke alarm overnight. Then the lights in the bathroom needed to be replaced because they just stopped working and my husband had to shower without lights before he could go to the front desk to let them know. Sadly this was the worst experience I had staying at a Quality Inn and the front desk didn't even offer to move us to another room. We just dealt with issue after issue. I will be calling corporate to report this.
