The worst of the worst.

Everything is worn, cracked or broken. Too much furniture in the room, not sized for that smell of a space.
Homeless population in and around the buildings is a bit disconcerting.
The only thing going for the property, in my opinion is the staff does the best they can with whatxthey have to work with, and are extremely cordial.
