Not the best area and the only thing to eat is Jack in the Box. Had noisy neighbors on a Saturday night

Good location, loud staff
The hotel id fine, if a bit shopworn.
The staff at the front desk were all very pleasant and helpful.
The rating would be higher, but the maintenance and housekeeping stsff were rather loud.
Also, my room looked straight oit at a garbage area.

You get what you pay for
The photos are misleading, I didn't think it would be a motel style accommodations. Really didn't like the giant gaps in the doors, I was worried about bugs crawling in the rooms from outside. The exterior was very dingy, but the room was cleaner then expected. The Staff struggled answering phone calls, but they were friendly in person.
I appreciated the location.
