It’s a non smoking hotel but as soon as I turned on the air all I smelled was smoke residue. The room was okay overall. Great transportation to and from the airport. Breakfast was okay as well.

I arrived and checked in. When I was given my room key I went to the room and my “non-smoking” room smelled like cigarettes. I informed front desk and they gave me another room. Which also smelled like cigarettes. I decided I wanted to cancel the reservation and go to another hotel at that point. They only refunded 2 of my 3 nights claiming since I checked in I couldn’t avoid the charge. They asked me to reach Choice for the refund. Choice said they can’t do anything. I emailed the Manager who did not respond to my email until I called back two days later to check in on the status. Their response was that they would not refund the third night. It was dirty and the customer service is not good.
