The room looked dirty and unkept. The fan in the bathroom did not work and there was mold on the ceiling. There were several strands of hair on the sheets and comforter that did not belong to us. The flooring was in terrible condition. Coming up in some parts deeply scraped in others. Found several bugs in the shower. The chaise couch had several visible stains and looked dirty. I stayed three nights and only got maid service one day because I requested the comforter be changed due to being dirty and finding so much foreign hair on it. The second day there was no maid service performed. I Was not made aware that I needed to request maid service. There was also no ice available. I was told the ice machine had been broken for months. The pool and hot tub were extremely dirty with thick layers of algae. The pavers on the walking path leading to my room were loose and unstable. I tripped over one and nearly fell. Safety hazard. I was in town for a funeral and was very busy, that is the only reason I did not cancel my reservation. Room number 105

Sheets had body hair, makeup and dirt on them. The sheets smelled like perfume. Left a not for staff to change the bedding and housekeeping never cleaned the room. Asked to be changed to another room and got switched to a room with no cold water. Asked to be switched again and the lady at the front desk stated that she did not want to switch me rooms again
