The PENN Play/Choice Privileges matching offer (the “Offer”), is a program that matches a member’s Choice Privileges® (“CP”) Rewards program Elite Status with an equivalent PENN Entertainment PENN Play members Tier status (the “Tier Status Match”). To receive a Tier  Status Match, you must be a current, valid member of the Choice Privileges Rewards program and either a current valid member of PENN Play or qualify for a PENN Play membership and enroll.To sign up for PENN Play, a CP member needs to visit Player Services at any Penn Casino with a valid ID and provide proof of their CP Status.Note that if your level in both programs is equivalent, as shown in the table below, then you will remain at your current level in each program.

If your PENN Play Tier Status is already the same or higher than the equivalent Choice Privileges Status, then your PENN Play Tier level will remain the same level. If, however, your PENN Play Tier Status is lower than the equivalent level in Choice Privileges, your PENN Play Tier Status will be raised to that equivalent level.     The Tier Status Match is valid for one year from the date the member matched. After the initial status match term, you must qualify for your PENN Play Tier level status based on the respective rules for each loyalty program.

The respective rules for each loyalty program apply and the Offer may be amended, withdrawn or discontinued at any time. The decisions of each loyalty program are final and the Offer is not guaranteed, and neither Choice Hotels nor PENN Entertainment has any liability if your PENN Play Tier Status was not raised or changed.
