Room full of flies, bed sunk to frame in middle, floors sticky and could not get hot water. But it was quite for the number of guest.

The room was worn down didn’t have clean towels didn’t have a wash towel bed sheets didn’t looked clean didn’t smelled old and bed wasn’t made up right looks as if someone had just left room 214 just before I got to the room

Customer service was awful. The room was filthy dirty and need numerous repairs. There were holes in the sheets. Its a shame the place is even open. Would love to talk to someone about a refund or some sort of compensation because it was ridiculous
