It took us 3 rooms to finally get a room to stay for the night! 49 minutes of my time!! Unacceptable! The young lady said to me that she would make sure we get compensation for our problems Well I’m still waiting to hear back from the manager I spoke to her twice and she told me that she had not spoken to the owner yet but she had a zoom call that day ! If a customer has a problem like I did then you call the owner asap! Still waiting

Broken and dirty
My grandson cut his foot on broken tile in the room and gum on my head board mboogers on the walls beside both beds it was disgusting and un sanitary the ac did not work and the floor was extremely wet from the air conditioner i tild the front desk they said they would get it fixed and never even attempted
