I have complained to Choice hotels as a Choice reward member and I have also reached directly out to the owner of the hotel who did not respond to my complaint. Choice’s hotels offered me 6000 points, which is enough for a cheap hotel for one night and I will not be using that. The toilet clogged the sink drain when my husband pulled it up to shave and fill the sink with water was stuck and we could not get it to open again to drain the sink. He even went under the sink to try to see if he could manually manipulated with no success. The bathtub was very slow to drain and after I helped my mother take a shower. I was standing in 3 inches of her dirty water to shower. When I wipe the floor after showering, the towel was black from the grout on the floor being filthy. I have photos of all of this. I feel we should be given a full refund.

Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

To loud because of traffic on hwy. TV was wap sided, had to use coffee cups to straighten it up so I could see it. Air-conditioner was extremely loud. Commode was hard to flush. Only one pack of regular coffee for a one cup dripper. About ten rooms down the ambulance, police and firetruck was evidently called. Had hardly any choice of breakfast. No sleep at all. But it was very clean.
