The TV was not working. Pick up the phone to try to call the front desk to inform them that the TV was not working, but it was not working either. Therefore, I had to go back to the front seat to inform them the that TV and the phone was not working. Finally got someone to come and check to TV and she had a hard time getting it to work. She said most of the phones were not working due to the recent storms. Got up the next morning, tried to turn the TV on it was not working. There was only one person there trying to take care of the people checking in and the problems they encountered.
