Customer Service and Room need some help
The first room was not totally ready when i checked in. dirty towels in the shower and bed that was not made neatly. So i was switched to another room which was not the king i booked but a 2 queen bed room.
I front desk was a little rude.

Room had no ac upon arrival. Room was musty, hot and took 3 hours to cool down after we got there and turned ac on. Water was boiling hot and could not turn to cool. We had traveled over 15 hours and had no choice was were extremely tired and disappointed

Sad weekend stay.
Window curtain was broken. There was feces on the toilet. There was no shower curtain. Refrigerator was not working and did not have a knob to adjust it. Otherwise ok. But would not recommend. Sorry
