Horrible service No hot water Parking lot in very bad condition $100 deposit is extremely bad. People running the place are extremely bad they have no clue what they are doing

This place needs attention. Big potholes in the parking lot. Lots of cigarette butts all over the place. Room was clean, but found two spiders, Beds apparently old and not great. I reserved a King bed over a month ago, but they didn't have one available, yet there were only a few other cars in the parking lot that night, The $5.00 "administrative fee" deducted from my deposit is nothing but a rip-off. And this place is located right next door to a huge Adult Video Store. Not "family friendly."

I had a horrible experience. The place is completely run down and the front door to the room given to me would not open and the person working there also could not get the door to open so I was given another room. There was a large hole in the wall next to the front door on the inside. This is not a place I would ever consider staying again and would not recommend to anyone.
