Staff was great! But the hotel was very outdated and needed alot of upgrades. The water pressure in the shower was low, the AC in the hall was blowing hot air, and the bed was uncomfortable. Also, not the hotel’s fault, but when booking I did not realize it was in a not so great part of town.

Smells bad, homeless leaving on the parking lot under your trees and bushes crackhead all around

The hallways smell like when someone smoke and you try to cover the smell with air fresheners that smell the carpet has dents like if there’s a hole under the carpet next to the pool there’s some bushes there’s homeless people leaving around there. They have their camping stuff and everything around there it’s not safe. It smells bad too much homeless and crackheads around the hotel. It doesn’t feel safe neither for my family neither for my vehicle I’m not going back to the hotel anymore after a couple years going back it went down. It’s not the same as before and the price is too high for a hotel that has homeless leaving next to the pool in the bushes And for that bad smell everywhere. The area is scary.
