Management was very unprofessional when dealing with water crisis. The sprinkler system went off in the hotel and flooded the third floor and the room I was staying in. Management wanted me to stay outside in 115 degree heat and not go back and get my things since I ran out not knowing what else was coming out of the system ( it looked like feces) and the water when hitting my skin was burning me. Meanwhile my phone was wet, computer wet clothes wet medicines wet and book bag wet. These guys had nerve enough to tell me that I will not be charged for the room but did indeed get charged for the night i was there. What about my damages? I was impolitely told that I had to provide proof of losses. However, those guys did not want to give me a receipt for my stay.
