The hotel was infested with bed bugs! I was bitten like 30 or more times in a night! Absolutely terrible!

Disappointed

Check in was horrible! The check in with a person on a kiosk screen was a joke. You couldn't understand the person so you had to read the transcript at the bottom. Don't know what was going on with jey cards. One wouldn't work. We got into our room and while in the bathroom watched a steady stream of water come into the shower from the upper floor. And the sheetrock where the stream was had fallen into the bathtub. When I told the front desk about it the next morning they acted like they were aware of the issue and it just never got fixed. Seriously?! If you know you have a problem fix it!
