The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, our experience with the front desk lady (night shift) was disappointing. When we politely asked for an extra towel, the staff responded with, “Why?” in an unwelcoming tone. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Good customer service is just as important as cleanliness, and unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression.

In short,, I had asked for a top floor when I made the reservation back in January and was told that it was full—it was not. Next, the second floor smelled of a stench odor, we had one small bar of soap in the bathroom, no Kleenex, and the towels were old and rough. I mentioned all of this at the front desk and someone was going to get back to us and never did. No big surprise. With this type of stay for such an overpriced per night stay, I will have nothing good to say in my Google review. Still waiting to hear back from the manager 5 days 7 days later.

People walked into our room while we were there! The front desk lady gave them the wrong keys. THEN- When we went out later, our keys didn’t work, which meant a looong walk down the hallway and then the elevator to get new ones. She said she’d ask about a discount for us.
