Very good management and front desk staff Jordan was one of the best employee, outstanding service.

We had traveled over four hours for the football game upon check-in. I informed front desk lady Victoria that I had a reservation. She was the only person working on a Saturday right before an Arizona Cardinal game. Lobby was packed. She informed me it will be a minute while she got on the phone with her manager because the manager was not present. She then informed me that they gave my reservation to somebody else without showing any remorse. I asked don’t you ID people for their reservation, how could this happen, she didn’t say a word. After about 25 minutes she was finally able to get us a room. She threw my room key on the desk and said “room number is in the top corner of the paper” no apologies, no thank you for understanding, no have a nice day, no thank you for your patience, no I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had at any hotel. I also on the reservation noted that it was for my wife and I anniversary. Horrible anniversary experience. Room was clean, only good thing about this trip.
