Ac units loud as can be soon as it stops room starts getting hot they have exit doors that don’t need room key to get in so traffics coming in and out don’t know if they staying at the hotel or not the room was unbearably small no table to sit and eat food the chair they had in the small space was so big for the small room had to keep moving it around just to move through the room never stayed in a room so small didn’t even know they made hotels with rooms that small but for the price should not be surprised

I booked this hotel for a staycation being myself and husband. Reasons I did book this site, rate was great from my LifeMart discount, free parking, refrigerator, microwave (in room), breakfast and mainly for pool in this Arizona weather. Well it is disappointing to me that the fella at desk was not friendly. The microwave did not work being I like to take some food. Breakfast was good but while taking it to room I was rudely told by a voice behind desk that I am going to get charged $25 for taking food room that it is posted in room. I said, my husband still asleep you have this for an hour only.” I search room for the notice did not find anything saying that. So next day I went in use micro wave because one in room did not work heat up food. Did only take some eggs, that was it. It was worst disappointment that pool was under maintenance…which to me looked fine, main reason booked. Bed was uncomfortable, tv had scratches on it, remote did not work properly, towels not washed or bedding, shower head/faucets gunky, all away around room did not look or smell clean or sanitized.

The entire staff was completely rude did not attend a customer needs ignored me when I said at the counter asking for a room key just a horrible experience do not go to this hotel. They also served curdled milk that was expired and no good for breakfast
