Toilet seat in 301 needs replacing

When we arrived front staff was not welcoming, when we got to the room I called the desk for a cot and the guy said “they are all being used we don’t have “ sounds like an odd thing to say. So I asked well can I have some extra pillows and he asked how many and I said 4 he said yeah come down and get them. I went down to the desk to get them and the lady went downstairs to grab 2 pillows and 2 pillow cases that I put together. This is very laziness , poor costumer service all I was trying to do was prevent my baby from fall off the bed and not hit the floor. Also when we arrived around 4 we saw the pool filled with swim instructors and kids this pool isn’t that very big and my daughter wanted to go so I told her we will go after dinner by that time they should be gone. We come back and get into the pool for 6:30 and the swim lesson are still going on they didn’t stop even when we finished. Also the swim instructors were rude and makes us feel like we were in the way of their pool. I picked this hotel because it had a pool for my kids to swim. When we got out we had 2 towels left 2 for the kids and none for the adults so I walked up to the room soaking wet down the hall into the elevator that could of been a hazard for someone els with how much water was coming off of me to the floor. I think if you had 1 or 2 MAX swim instructors that would give some room to the guest and the pool was very cold. The breakfast was amazing

Great experience!! I just hope they clean the room and remove garbage daily and set the bed daily. We have to dispose our garbage daily as they are not removing it in the room. Overall great experience with the hotel, great location, breakfast was great.
