Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I stayed there for World Series. Hotel smelled like mold and was so dirty. Asked for new towels and they placed them at the door in a plastic bag and found someone’s needle in the bag. I called the front desk at midnight to tell them a lady was kicking the doors and fighting with a man a they told me to hang on an hung up on me. They never did anything the yelling went on for hours! Then the hotel had people outside drinking and doing drugs all hours of the night fighting and screaming so sleeping was next to impossible. Never again. I let the World Series director no and sent in photos of the hotel. Was so bad

The pool was dirty. In the photos it showed a nice patio with nice furniture to sit and unwind. When we go there the furniture was turned upside down and looked like it was ready for the trash. It was in separate places all over the property. The property has trash everywhere. The lock to my room from the outside on the first floor would not unlock with my key, even when they recoded the key. I ask them to look at the lock everyday day for 7 days. Maintenance never did come. It was only when my key wouldn't open the door from inside the hotel that they finally moved me because The keys would not work on neither door. People smoking pot everywhere. The restaurant was not open. Paint chips from the ceiling in bathroom would fall all over when someone would walk on the floor above us. No barbeque grill like was stated on hotel bio. Breakfast was the same everyday. Juices has too much water in machine. In the 11 days we were there no one ever came in and vacuumed the motel, much less our room. We did receive housekeeping after being there for 9 days and that was only because we asked. However still no vacuuming or cleaning. Only given more towels and made 1 bed. I had already made mine. I never seen anyone (Maintaining the grounds at all, dead plants both inside the building and outside, leaks through the roof and stained ceiling tiles, again trash everywhere outside in parking lot). Doors and windows were just plain nasty. I would have left but it was the World Series for Babe Ruth and I could not find another room in town.

The room's toilet was not cleaned, the seat was smaller and round vs the toilet that was longer and more egg shaped making it difficult to use properly. Shower/bath was also not clean and mold was growing around the caulking in some areas. The carpet had not been cleaned as there was some loose change on the floor that indicated the vacuum didn't pick it up or the cleaning person didn't. Elevator didn't work so had to use the filthy stairwell.
