We had a kitchenette. There were no dishes, utensils, cooking implements or supplies. I assumed this was a hotel for travelers. Apparently it's more housing where people are expected to buy their own. Also, the TV screen was damaged with several light spots. The staff was friendly.

The elevator smelled of urine the first two days I was there. I noticed pets were allowed after checking in. The room I was assigned to has dirty tub and bathmat. There were dirty shoe/boot prints on both. I personally cleaned the bathroom tub, toilet and sink, as well as the light switches, table, chair counter, nightstand and remote. All were filthy. The toilet ran all night the first night. The handle had to be wiggled after every flush for silence. The eyes to the stove were filthy with caked on debris. There were no pots, pans, dishes or utensils for use. The room was so damp you could see the condensation on the floor, which was slippery. There was one firm pillow and one floppy pillow. I would have preferred two firm pillows. The staff were friendly, reactivated my key, which seemed like a usual occurrence for them, and the outside property and parking area were clean. A male staff member confronted a vagabond that approached me.
