The hotel wasn’t clean. I had no towels or washcloths in my room and had to go ask for them. Was told they were in the dryer and it would be an hour. They gave me a pool towel. The room was moldy smelling, prob from the air conditioner which smelled like the vent had not been cleaned in a very long time. There was a huge roach on the floor also.

The hotel was very dated and dirty. The tv wouldn’t come on The tv remote didn’t work and then I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work!! It was plugged in. We went down to front desk and the clerk was very nice. She came to the room and plugged in the hd cable! She came back up with batteries for the remote. I tried to turn the tv off at bedtime but the remote still didn’t work. I unplugged it. In the morning it took a shower and the drain didn’t drain. Water was up to my ankles. The shower was moldy. Went down for breakfast and there was no coffee. At 7am. Sad selection of food. Other than the nice clerk it was a bad stay.

The grass outside was very high. There were zero washcloths in our room & the shower head was a joke. We were highly disappointed in this Comfort SUITES!!
