Upon entering the rooms the air was humid and moist, one room had a faint urine smell. There were no ice machines on three floors, which was annoying. It’s definitely an older property but the sheets and bathroom were clean enough.

I have never stayed at a hotel where nearly every single staff member was so kind, considerate, and friendly. We only encountered one person who was rude and a bit condescending, so we avoided interacting with her unless absolutely necessary. We did experience a delay checking into our second room once the rest of our family arrived. Although we had reserved the room months in advance—and confirmed it again a couple of days before our arrival—it wasn’t ready until around 5 p.m. due to a high number of checkouts that morning. While it was a bit inconvenient, the staff worked to get it ready as soon as possible and allowed them to utilize the pool as they wait. Aside from that, everyone else was amazing! Michael, who handled the breakfast buffet (along with a wonderful woman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch), stood out the most. They were the kindest, most attentive staff I’ve ever encountered in any of our hotel stays—not just with us, but with every guest. They paid close attention, offered help before being asked, and truly went above and beyond. 10/10 service from them. The housekeeping team was also exceptional. They checked on us regularly without being intrusive, recognized us in passing, and asked if we needed anything. Since we stayed for a week and had two rooms, their consistency and attentiveness made a big difference. Some even took the time to chat with us, which felt genuine and unforced. We will definitely be back when we visit Huntsville. We go every year, and now we know exactly where we’ll be staying from here on out.

Everything was up to part. Only thing was the bad smell of the carpet in the room and in the exterior hallways.
