If the staff& manager were remotely responsive this would be an ok location. Of course it’s not a 3, 4 or 5 star hotel, but with a deep cleaning , it could be decent. There was mold & dirt builtup in every corner. Mind you we travel with general cleaning supplies. But this room needed deep cleaning. The remodel includes new furniture & paint. But there needs to be some type of moisture control. There was a humidifier in hallway, which tells you something is wrong. Def a musty smell throughout 3rd floor…Mold in the shower & on shower curtain, peeling drywall tape etc. If you just need a night, be prepared with bleach products & plumbing issues. Quality is lacking in cleaning & customer service. The Manager Rishi told me to hold the toilet handle down longer , shocked nothing!!! There’s no maintenance or manager after the evening shift. So we were left with a toilet issue from the day of checkin to the next day. We had to go to the lobby to use the restroom. The toilet wouldn’t flush & drained slow. We were offered a plunger. We tried spraying the shower, but the mold wouldn't budge. Drumroll: the pullout mattress was FILTHY & needed to be thrown in the trash . BONUS: No way to call the front desk. We had to walk down each time for towels etc. See pics. Choice hotels should be ashamed

The sheets were stained, the bathtub was dirty, floors were unswept and sticky, there were no wash cloths in the bathroom, the desk chair was covered in stains and spills, and the room stunk with mildew. For nearly $200 that room was despicable and unacceptable. Had we not been so weary from traveling, we would have happily gone somewhere else.

Checked in went straight to the room to make sure everything was ok. WELL IT Was NOT. There was Hair in the tub from the previous guess which means they did no clean the tub properly or not at all. It was a lot I must say not something that could of been overlooked. The room smelled smokey. I had to ask the person at the desk to make sure I booked the non- smoking room. I immediately went back down to the the clean at the desk. The young lady said she was by herself but she would clean the tub and take care of the smell. Which she did. But the next day when we returned from being out that smokie smell was back idk . Sleep need to do better.
