Our room was nice and spacious. We happy with our stay.

The cleaning staff was rude! One knocked on the door for no reason, and I told her "Just a minute" while I put on a shirt to answer the door. She just unlocked the door and started in, and I stopped her. She said I was just seeing if you needed anything, I said, by just walking in on people? I explained to her to stay out of our room during our stay. The cleaning staff was loud and noisy early in the mornings, beating on doors and talking loudly while vacuuming. I spoke with the desk clerk about the staff member entering our room and said she would address it, And the employee was supposed to check with her to make sure if the room was clear or someone was still there. Online they advertised the breakfast 6am to 9:30 am. We went down at 8:30 am, and nothing was left, and the desk clerk stated it ended at 9am; however, it was only 8:30, and they refused to put anything else out. Check out is 11am, and the desk clerk started calling our room at 10:40 am asking when we were checking out. I told him by 11 am. The room wasn't very clean. Lack of parking due to company trucks pulling trailers and taking up multiple parking spaces.

Staff is extremely friendly and courteous, the rooms are clean as well
