Confirmation# 60374555 We checked out a day early after asking if it was ok due to a bright light shining into room. So we were billed for the full two day stay anyway. After contacting the motel they said they would credit my account for the day we did not stay. Well they just billed me for another day and then credited the same amount so im still billed for two days. After contacting them again they said the credit was issued but only after recharging that same amount. So we concluded that the customer service at Choice hotels is not helpful at all. Therefore Choice hotels will no longer be an option and our experience will be passed along on social media. Simply unfair and greedy.
