you could hear the people in the next room as if they were in our room. The bathroom sealing was falling in. The phone blinked all night. The place is not being kept up at all.

Room was dirty, toilet did not flush and was unable to take a shower. The beds were hard as a rock and hardly any pillows. Hotel staff knocked on my door at 842, wanted to know if I needed service. Everything was unacceptable for a choice hotel

There were multiple issues with the room. Among them the toilet would not flush all the way, the air conditioning unit was loud and sounded like a wind tunnel making sleep hard, and the room was moist. I’ll stop there. The real issue is that when I turned the keycard in the lady asked if everything was okay I told her the issues she said that that room should not have been occupied. That room cost $75.00 and even the employee at the desk said to contact customer services to set it right.
