Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in. Parties or gatherings are not permitted in guest rooms or the pool area. Pets are not allowed. Connecting rooms are not available. Credit cards on file may be authorized after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Reservations with a declined credit card may be canceled. A valid credit card is required to cover incidental charges. Incidental charges may include, but are not limited to, excessive trash left in the room, damage to the room or hotel property, missing items, smoking or vaping in the room, or additional cleaning required due to the actions of a guest, service animal. Guests paying for their stay with cash must provide a $100 refundable incidental deposit by credit card. The deposit will be released after check-out, provided the room passes inspection and no incidental charges are assessed. Please note that once the hold is released by the hotel, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to become available, depending on your bank or credit card provider. Rooms will be held until 4:00 AM on the morning following the scheduled arrival date. Reservations not canceled before the applicable cancellation deadline and guests who fail to arrive will be charged one night's room rate plus applicable taxes. This is a 100% smoke-free hotel, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violations of this policy, including triggering smoke detectors.
