Booked 2 rooms. Housekeeping was not done in 1 room. Spoke to the front counter, first they said there was a "Do not disturb sign". When told we did not use that sign, they changed the reason to it was recorded as complete. Could not even give a valid reason, then proceeded to tell me because I did not book it directly from them and booked through a third party, they cannot do anything about it.

Great quick shuttle pick up from the airport … quick check in at reception … great breakfast … comfortable bed and room .. we will stay here again
